Order Processing:
- Orders are shipped Monday–Friday during warehouse hours (9 AM–4:30 PM CST).
- Most orders ship in 1-2 days, except for holidays and weekends.
- Evening or weekend orders may take up to 2-3 business days to leave the warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Fees:
- Standard packages are shipped via the US postal service, FedEx or UPS. While larger orders are typically handled by FedEx, exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location.
- Flat-rate shipping: $6.99 for all domestic orders.
Delivery Issues:
- Report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide the names of the picker and packer (found on your packing slip) as well as photos of damages to assist us with reimbursement.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages, so please use a secure delivery address.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns for damaged items must be in accordance with the above policy.
- Exchanges for a different size (ex: jewelry) will depend on availability.
